The specifications for the upcoming Canon EOS R7 APS-C haven’t been officially announced yet by the manufacturer. This will be the first RF Mount camera for the APS-C sensors range from Canon. Details on the upcoming new camera have been limited recent rumours and leaks give us a clear idea of what to expect.
Here are the rumored specifications for the EOS R7:
- 32.5mp APS-C Dual Pixel CMOS AF
- 15-30fps (mechanical/electronic)
- 2x UHS-II supported
- 4K @ 60/50fps
- 1080p @ 120/100fps
- C-Log 3/HDR PQ
- In-Body IS
A full announcement for the EOS R7 is expected in June or July. While the announcement could be made in early June, it seems more likely it will come a little later. The specs will most likely be announced at the end of June or in early July.
Canon will be making an announcement about the RF Mount camera within a few weeks. It’s still uncertain when the new device will be released into the world.
