Leica has announced two new special “Fragment Edition” cameras. The two Leica cameras getting this special treatment are the M10 Monochrom and the Q2 Monochrom. Both of them are special limited edition models created in collaboration with Fragment Design and overseen by Japanese designer, Hiroshi Fujiwara.
While there is no dramatic feature increase for the fragment editions, but they have been mae with special cowhide leather instead of the normal leather. They also feature a modest fragment logo with an engraved top cover. It offers a minimalistic style and variation for Leica’s monochrome-only cameras that give it a luxurious feel.
While there were made for Japan, the new Fragment Edition Leica camera seem to be available for other regions as well.
